The QTLTSC fork lift
carriage incorporates a problem solving design. A traditional problem with fork lift
scales has been that any change in fork position affects accuracy of the readings.
Designers met this challenge with a combination of carriage assembly design, angle
detection mechanism and the Weigh Bar summing assembly to provide the lift truck scale
with IDC or Independent Discrimination Compensation. he automatic system compensation
allows the QTLTSC to provide 0.1% accuracy with changing fork positions, with wheels on
unlevel surfaces, or with the mast tilted. The QTLTSC lift truck scale combined with the
WI-130 Simulcast indicator (pictured below) create the perfect step saving

The WI-130 Simulcast
indicator, developed specifically for shipping operations, is fully custom programmable to
fit your specific needs. Connect a bar code scanner to simplify the data entry process and
store the information in the Simulcast memory until your ready to retrieve it or connect
an RF to send the information directly to an office PC. Channeling the data into a
Microsoft Access, Excel, or other spreadsheet program makes inventory control an almost
